7 Days Detox Diet Plan
Detoxification is very important for our body, after your detoxification, your body will have better digestive and lymphatic function. Detoxification means cleansing the blood, this is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, weight loss and skin . So after detox your body and mind feels great and relax, Detoxification can be done by many ways like fasting for a day, having fruit diet for 1-2 days etc. But we all know fasting is not a easy task and don’t follow it properly and fail, thus instead of fasting today I am suggesting you a 7 days Detox Diet which you can follow easily without eliminating your food.
In this Detox Diet I am suggesting you 3 meal and 2 snacks time so follow it with full dedication and definitely you will get good results.
Sprouts and Paneer chaat 1 bowl: Recipe – in a mixing bowl add soaked sprouts and paneer, you can add as per your choice like 1/2 ratio or 1/3 it depends totally on your choice, add some salt and peppers of your choice and your breakfast is ready. have 1 bowl for two days.
Apple Smoothie: Churn washed apples without skin in a mixer add 1/4 spoon of overnight soaked chia seeds.
1 bowl of wheat flakes / oats in milk
1 bowl cut fruits and 1 cup of green tea or detox water.
1 whole wheat Chapati + 1 Bowl of cooked vegetable
1 bowl of veg Quinoa pulao or Curd and vegetables
Recipe for Curd and vegetable Raita : Recipe 1) take 1 cup of curd add 1/4 cup of half steamed grated bottle guard mix well both in a bowl and finally add salt, cumin seeds, red chillies powder as per your taste. Recipe 2) instead of Bottle Guard you can add mix fruits and veggies like grated tomatoes, onion, cucumber, carrots for different taste. So try these recipes and have your curd and veggies with taste, I am sure you will enjoy it.
Tea / Green tea + handful of Roasted chic Peas (Chana)
1 cup steamed Quinoa + 1 cup cooked Vegetable or 1 cup boiled Dal + 1 cup of plain salad
1 bowl of wheat flakes / oats with milk
1 cup of homemade Tomato Soup with 1 cup of cooked Vegetable
- With any illness, allergies with any suggested ingredients and during pregnancy before trying consult your doctor.
- Ladies don’t follow it during periods.
- Try to finish your dinner before 8 Pm.
- drink plenty of water for better results.
- stick to diet plan.
I hope this diet plan will help you in detoxification from your body, but let me tell you generally I follow this diet when I am unable to keep fast otherwise I prefer to be on Fasting 1 day a week, this works for me well, but I like is diet plan a lot as it is easy to follow and help me to control overeating especially after breaking fast.
